The good:
The only thing you need to bring with you is comfy clothes, everything else is provided! First occasion is free.
The not so good:
The classroom’s elongated form might seem at times a bit crowded.
A great yoga studio, with really professional teachers – try to go in the morning to avoid overcrowding, and don’t forget to register for classes beforehand!

Review about Mandala Yoga Újbuda

Mandala Yoga is one of the most popular and well-known yoga franchises. This empire has been here for quite some time, boasting locations all around Budapest and Debrecen, too. They have a very wide variety of yoga types. Plus, they are very helpful in that on the timetables, they always indicate which level of yoga knowledge you need to be able to attend. This way, you will never be surprised by – literally – twisted yoga exercises that you cannot even begin to successfully execute. The point of yoga is to relax, not to get frustrated!

Their vast variety of classes include spine yoga (something that is amazing for people with injuries, or people who sit in front of the computer all day), women’s yoga, hatha yoga, astanga yoga and prenatal yoga (from the 4. month!) Good news: if you are just a newbie yoga yogi, you will find plenty of beginner’s classes, so no need to worry! Another great news is that they have classes almost all day round and instead of the regular one-hour classes, you can practise yoga for one and a half hour to be able to really let go of your everyday stress. By the way, if you really want to disconnect from the everydays, they also have meditation classes!

Mandala is a yoga studio in Budapest where the goal is self-improvement

You don’t need to preregister for any class, just show up. You’ll find nice locker rooms where you can change and showers for after class. Don’t be surprised – there are no receptionists! Each time your teacher will help you with whatever you need half an hour before class starts. Also, if the class is full, it is really full: 30 people is the absolute maximum. To be honest, in the evenings it is completely possible that you’ll find yourself feeling a bit overcrowded.

Since this yoga studio in Budapest is located on Bartók Béla Street. This means quick access, public transport being the easiest way since it is very well connected.

Mandala Yoga studios rest on the belief that “Yoga is the best thing you can do for yourself and others.” And, in this spirit, the studio is an island of peace, with teachers calming you down with their professionalism and helpfulness. It is pretty obvious that the studio also provides workshops for yoga teachers. Why? Because in every movement, in every sentence an instructor utters, you feel you are in good hands: now, you can really relax and concentrate on yourself.

Take note: credit or debit cards are accepted only in Deák Tér, Nyugati and Pasaréti.
